Could we please have a tick box or similar for Local Excursion Consent? This can be requested as an Annual consent but there is no where to record this in Compass.

If the date or time for a session changes, you currently need to recreate the entire session rather than simply updating the details, as the start date and time are frozen once saved.

Looking at an Event, it would be great for Compass to show how many have paid in a number value. Clicking on 'Filter Attendees' does show which students have paid/not paid, however often we just need to know the exact number, without having to manually count off the screen. I am aware this can be done by creating the CSV Excel spreadsheet, but that's an additional step that is time consuming when all we need is a simple numerical answer.

Would be great if the Medical/Action Plans and Contact Details on the Day questions are a yes/no question and only bring up a text box if they answer yes. This would save many emails coming through which are totally irrelevant. Or make the Consent Form a template that the school can modify/design themselves so we can utilise these functions as per the Questions database in the Events module

when you change the Event Organiser in draft mode while "Event Organiser is attending event" is ticked, the previous organiser gets automatically added to the attending staff list. While it's in draft mode it shouldn't be like this as most admin are creating events for other staff members. At the moment you have to untick "Event Organiser is attending event" then change the organiser and tick attending.

It would be useful if we could send comments back to the requester regarding an event via the event submission before approving it.

When duplicating an event, you have to manually go to the resources page and reconfigure the event permissions. Having the ability to tick 'keep permissions the same' would benefit our staff greatly.

We are organising events and notes for students for onsite events. When we print out notes, it has all of the transportation fields empty. Please, surely, we can have this as a tick box so that if transport is NOT required, this is not included on consent forms. It might help to keep them to one page!

There needs to be a separate tab in upcoming events for excursions and SAC/Exams, it is annoying having them all on the same page and finding the excursions inbetween everything else. Thank you
