In the old Knowledge Base, you could download the articles. This was handy for articles that I referred to regularly. It doesn't seem to be an option when accessing the help through the chat box.

I am looking for a comprehensive 'how to document' for using Compass KioskLite. The current knowledge base provides only basic information, and I would appreciate a detailed step-by-step guide for different user types, such as staff, students, and parents. This would greatly assist in understanding and utilizing the KioskLite effectively.
