The ability to checkout visitors that missed checking out for whatever reason, late meeting, admin area closed or isolated etc. or just forgotten. An optional automatic completion at a set time of day or A reminder prompt in the next day to check out visitors. And The ability for Admin Managers to sign a visitor in, especially in the case of service interruption, network or other reason.

Hi, Our kiosk is currently broken - and in the interim we are unable to sign in visitors. Problem: Visitors unable to sign-in with compass. Requested feature: Ability for school staff to manually sign in a visitor via the webpage, or app.

Can we please get the VIT Number added in to the CSV Export of the visitor register?

For ease of searching for visitor information, please consider making 'Company Name' compulsory for general visitors and also adding it as a column/search option in the Visitor Register. Thanks

Hi Compass Team, We've noticed the recent update to the Fire Drill/Daily Summary feature, and we wanted to say that it looks fantastic. It's exactly the kind of improvement we were hoping for – thank you for a great update! There is just one additional enhancement that we feel would make the feature even more useful, particularly in an emergency situation. At the moment, we can see kiosk visitors along with their sign-in and sign-out times. However, it would be extremely helpful if the system could also display a total number of visitors currently on site. In addition, it would be great if visitors who are still on site could be highlighted in green, making it immediately clear during a fire evacuation who is present and who has already signed out. We think a similar feature would also be valuable within the Time Card Entries section. Having a clear total count of staff currently on site, along with a visual indicator (such as green highlighting) for staff who are clocked in, would make it much easier to quickly identify who is present and who is not during an emergency. Overall, we're really pleased with the update and appreciate the work that's gone into improving the system. We hope you'll consider these suggestions as a further enhancement. Many thanks,

Can we please have the ability have visitors/ Contractors answers additional questions when signing in? These are questions that the school can specify and ideally have branching options.

Can we please have a button on the Visitor register page for emergency evacuations that auto select the current date as the start and end date and only gives the visitor name, who they are visiting and their phone number, for visitors that have not signed out.

To keep track of our records accurately we would love the Kiosk location to be added to Visitors register report so we can track the contractors or external visitors by campus location.
