When Compass Meetings are created, you cannot click the item on your schedule to see who it is with or for. Any items on the schedule should be clickable and take you to the source of the entry.

When accessing a parent's profile in Compass to review Billing information at the request of the parent, it would be useful to be able to access the parent's phone number/s from their dashboard, rather than having to navigate back to People Management or to go back via the student's dashboard to access this information:

While I appreciate some of the more defined permissions on this tab - the documentation needs a little work. Terry was having me add CompassAppStudentPersonalView.Details to allow a teacher to see the students home address. But it took screenshots showing this was not the case for it to find out it was CompassAppStudentPersonalView.FamilyAndRelationships that is needed. The documentation indicates this is needed to see the section - not that it's needed to see specific content within the section. i.e. Yes - to see relationships, you need that permission. Yes - to see the residential address, you need that same permission. (But the average teacher does not need this - but does need to see if it's a Parent, Step Parent etc)

As a large educational setting, we would like to be able to manually add individual banner alerts on a student profile page that all staff can see clearly when they look up the student. The chronicle pin options are not clear enough to all staff.

With the rise of AI and deepfakes, and an eSafety Commissioner report of a rise in incidents of staff photos being misused, please give schools the option to hide all staff (and other students' if applicable) photos from students and parents in their Compass. Staff would still need access to student and staff photos for identification and child safety purposes, but there is limited need for students or parents to view staff profile photos.

Can we please request the students start date (first current milestone date) to be displayed on the Student Profile > Dashboard screen or Student Profile > Personal tab? Our teaching and wellbeing staff require this information for multiple reasons, including in meetings with external agencies and care teams and as they don't have access to People Management, they are unable to view start dates from the Student Profile.

Currently if you go to a student's profile page and go Contact > All teachers, it doesn't actually email ALL teachers of that student. If a class has different teachers for the same class but on different days, it only emails the teacher that is teaching the class on the day you send the email. E.g. If Mr. Smith teaches MAT092A on Monday and Tuesday but Mrs. Smith teaches it on Thursday and Friday, if you send the email on a Monday it will only go to Mr. Smith.

It would be useful for schools to have the ability to view a photo of parents/carers on their profile, particularly when assisting families in the office. Parents/carers could have the option to add their own photo, with the image only visible to authorised school staff through their Compass profile and not available to the wider school community. This would make it much easier for office staff to identify parents/carers when assisting them in person.

Hi there, as a regular user of Compass I have noticed that for children with Autism you have the symbol as the medical cross symbol. Autism really isn't a medical condition it is a neurodevelopmental condition or disorder. I have been thinking about this every time I open Compass and think it would be a great idea to change the symbol to the Autism rainbow coloured infinity symbol.

It's a concern that Compass displays incorrect information in relation the above. It's been brought to our attention that Compass doesn't currently have the ability to import the correct information from Cases21. Therefore the 'Proof of Immunisation Sighted' which is currently displayed on each student's 'Personal' page under 'Medical Details' should be removed from Compass to avoid confusion.
