Clubs student visibility and consent option. Would like to have visibility for parents only with paid clubs. Stop students consenting to sign ups that have a payment.

When a club is cancelled by a parent the money should automatically go onto their wallet so that they can then use it for a club on a different date. Also Voucher payments should also go back into their voucher wallet. The staff member that is in charge of the clubs should also get a notification that a club has been cancelled! The audit trail of clubs is poor!

Please can the ‘clubs details export’ report include attendees in its data pull? At the moment I can see the club name, start and end dates, number of sessions. I would also like to see number of attendees for all clubs on one report. Many Thanks

Most parents complaints now are that they can’t see outstanding balances for clubs at a glance, or their third party funds (childcare voucher) balances. I am a parent too and this is frustrating, our old system showed this - please can this be passed to the development team for consideration?

When a child is booked onto a club, but they are poorly or not able to attend, it would be very useful when we mark them as not present, the cost of this club is automatically refunded to their clubs balance, rather than having to use compasspay to issue the refund direct to the parent.

Where parents have forgot to book a club we have added the children on and then charged the parents. Even though this technically puts the parent into debt, it doesn't stop them from booking additional clubs, this debt should show when they book additional clubs and it should become payable at that point, this used to happen in ParentPay. We now have a few parents in debt but still booking clubs.

Suppose guardians believe that their child is at Homework Program and they are marked NP:U. In that case, we need to be able to notify parents that this is not the case and begin looking for the missing student, as it is the responsibility of the school to know where the child is if they are supposed to be on campus. SMSing parents upon NP:U for clubs sessions would be beneficial in this situation to quickly notify parents of a missing student and allow them to account for them, or try to make contact with the student.

Parents can sign students up for a session, but if plans change and the student can no longer attend, parents cannot remove students from the session. They currently have to call the school, and the administration team can remove them from the Clubs session.

A feature to archive older clubs into a folder so the list of clubs is only showing current clubs, however we would still have access to older clubs for numbers, staff members, sessions details etc
