I have students being populated into After School Detentions using Chronicles. I need those students who do not attend a detention to roll into the next available detention session. I would also like some reports on how many detentions people have and be able to group them into Years, Form Groups and houses

When you want to remove staff from group activities you have to do it by session. If you've created multiple sessions running over a period of time this can be time consuming. Especially when you can easily bulk add staff members to sessions Can we create a way to bulk remove staff?

It would be good to be able to add students to group activities that have already passed. Sometimes staff don’t always get to enter the chronicle at the time of the incident and students attend group activities before the chronicle has been entered. This would assist us in ensuring our entries and data are accurate.

We use a lunchtime group activity to supervise students who have been put in it via 1 of 3 possible chronicle entries; behaviour related detention, academic related detention, or simply because they need some additional learning support. We are a small enough school that the small number of students enrolled in a particular group activity session are all in the same room. It is not at all obvious to a supervising teacher why the student is there. Having the chronicle template name that enrolled a student in a group activity would make that much simpler. The teacher can find that information with a few mouse clicks but it is time consuming. This could be achieved by have three separate but concurrent group activities all in the same room but that would leave the supervising teacher with 3 rolls to mark. Maybe that isn't so bad for the teacher but it increases my workload by a factor of three when it comes to allocating teachers to the group activity supervision.

I have several old group activities which are no longer relevant, which can't be deleted due to links to historic chronicle posts. If there could be a way to archive no longer relevant group activites, for the sake of keeping the main page uncluttered and relevant, that would be great.

Can there be a way to filter to show future sessions when looking under the 'sessions' tab for group activities. It is time consuming and irritating for it to show every session especially when the sessions have already passed.

We would like to be able to email parents in an activity group. ie. they could be running late back to school

If a student is removed from a group activity after the session has passed, they still appear on the roll and it still appears on their schedule. Is there a way to be able to remove them from these places or at least have the option to remove them?

Please could there be an educational or school activity on-site option, for when there are some students watching an on-site performance, and other students in the same year participating in an on-site program. or a student who is unable to participate in an event, and they are doing other work on-site.

It would be good if homeroom teachers could set up a digest subscription that shows which of their students are enrolled in a group activity for that day - particularly when it is for a lunchtime detention. Currently chronicle digest subscriptions can only work with static data, not dynamic data like group activity enrolments. I imagine that it could be a significant change for the development team to implement but it would be very useful!
