A parent reported that she chose Pay by CSEF/Credit, and she chose that option as she has SSB. When she submitted it for payment, she got a message to the effect that it was awaiting approval for payment by CSEF. She knew she didn't have CSEF so she called to enquire. Since then, I had a couple of similar calls. Can the final message say CSEF/Credit as well please, if they chose CSEF/Credit as the payment option?
