procedures to ensure all adults engaged in child-related work have a current Working with Children Clearance (WWCC) as required by the Worker Screening Act 2020

a register of staff, contractors and volunteers engaged in child-related work, and all new or returning school council members, which includes the following information for each person:

name

address

phone number

email address

clearance type (WWCC number or VIT registration)

WWCC (or VIT) number and expiry date

date WWCC initially verified (before onboarding)

date that onboarding was recorded in WWC Connect (read below advice about the WWC Connect system)

date that offboarding was recorded in WWC Connect

procedures for maintaining a register of all staff and volunteers with a WWCC."
