Reports and everything should be available within the compass app. As a parent, this annoys me. I usually have my browser set to my work account, not my parent account, so I end up having to look at things as a staff member rather than through the parent portal on the app.

Hi we had the same problem but if they go to the bottom of screen on phone and open in their Browser they can then open and see reports and also see more detail things within Compass
