For part-time staff or staff who have recurring meetings, it would be useful for them to add these to their Compass schedules. Currently the only way to do this for staff is via an event, but this then populates the global events layer which limits its usefulness.

Agree - I need the Compass schedule/calendar to have some more Outlook calendar style functionality to keep track of my own appts, etc.

There is also Calendar Layers you can create for staff using Custom Groups too.
