It's great that you can set up a specific text/time to remind staff to mark their rolls, however it only works for rolls from that day. If the staff still have not marked their rolls for the previous day, you still need to manually filter by date and follow up with the 'send email' tab under 'unmarked rolls'.
Can we have an option of a customisable automatic 'all rolls' reminder or a way to send reminders for rolls a previous week (for example) with different text

I fully support this suggestion! Automated reminders would be a simple but valuable improvement, benefiting teachers, administration staff, students and families.
There are genuine reasons why a teacher might be delayed in marking a roll, such as an unexpected classroom disruption. A friendly automated reminder would be a helpful prompt without requiring administration staff to chase it up.
Unmarked rolls also generate unnecessary calls from worried parents who have dropped their child at school but received an absence notification. Office staff then spend valuable time investigating, sometimes having to leave the office to physically locate the student.
Can I also suggest including the ability to generate reports identifying repeated instances of unmarked rolls? This would give leadership meaningful data to identify patterns and address ongoing concerns constructively.
Another benefit of automated reminders is that they would apply equally to everyone, removing any perception of staff being singled out.
For me, this is about student safety, parent confidence, supporting teachers, reducing administrative workload and improving accountability. A relatively simple improvement with significant benefits for schools. Definitely worth prioritising!

I would also be keen to have multiple reminders in a day. At the moment, we manually send 'unmarked roll' reminder 10 minutes in to each period. I would love the function to set multiple reminder times throughout the day.

Nadia WILLIAMS this would be fantastic. We have so many sessions where the automatic marking doesn't carry over so being able to set it for every lesson would capture all staff.

A great idea Megan. Or if it could be set up so that if the system sees that by the end of the week the rolls still haven't been marked, it could then email staff as a weekly reminder to mark all of them.
