  1. the running sheet is great, would like to have a mobile number on there to be able to call the caregiver if they don't show up on time to the appointment to be able to quickly move on.
  2. there needs to be a way to print unbooked students with the caregiver's name and phone number so they can be called to organise an appointment effectively and efficiently.
