Sort by date occurred, not date created

Often times teachers are very busy and don't have the time to add information in the moment, it may be added a week later.
We need to be able to sort the student feeds by date occurred so that we can see things chronologically and add later if needed. It becomes difficult when multiple people are involved and all adding chronicle entries to a student if we can't sort by date occurred. This feature needs to be added at your earliest availability and will be crucial we schools are audited.

Default Setting for Chronicle Feed - Set to Occured

We need to be able to set the default chronicle feed view in student profiles as sort by date occurred.
Setting the Chronicle feed automatically by date created is unnecessary - we need to see the chronicles based on the date they occurred, so that we can clearly see what is happening for a student in chronological order of events happening. Teachers are busy and don't always have time to document in the moment, by the time they get to documenting, there are other chronicles. So we need an option to set our default as sort by date occurred. It should be an administrative option.

Add a column in the All Entries tab of Chronicle for Date Occurred, and include this in the CSV generated. Entries are not always created on the same day/time and this effects analysis of the data.

Sort be date occured

Chronicle feed should be able to be sorted by date occurred, not date created.
The summary in the student feed should also reflect the chronicles based on date occurred, not date created.
