Increase efficiency of setting up reports by having users able to use the keyboard enter key, rather than clicking OK, to accept changes for OK/Cancel pop up windows, such as in the Configure Teachers section of Subject Template Setup.

The current setup also doesn't hold the selected option when using up and down arrows to navigate. Tabbing through on the keyboard and using arrow keys is more efficient than using a mouse to activate a dropdown menu.

To streamline even further, Configure Teachers doesn't need to be a clickthrough. The options could be visible on the Subject Template Setup screen with radio buttons.
