Remove 'payments centre' notification from homescreen

This is an alert which families can click through to understand more. Once they're read it once it should disappear otherwise it takes up valuable home screen space - especially on the APP. It also makes parents this there is an action for them in the payments centre, but these are all visible as pop ups anyway above this notification.

We have parents wishing to remove the green payments centre banner as it shows as if they have something to complete when it doesnt. Confusing and then families do not trust the program and stop using.
Been advised it will cost $450 to have access to change the homepage as families cannot click on an 'x' to remove. We do not want to pay again for another module of the program as it already costs an exorbitant amount which we are not funded for.
Please allow families to remove this or the schools without an extra fee.
