Phone number format with spaces

Allison Mascurine

Should use standards https://www.stylemanual.gov.au/grammar-punctuation-and-conventions/numbers-and-measurements/telephone-numbers

If this is coming from Cases then there should be spaces. Cases also needs to be updated as there are to many lines for phone number.

We don't use Cases. Details that came across from Integris has maintained the format, but any details for new records or changes to existing are one-10 digit number.
