I'm pleased to advise that this functionality does already exist 😊
Within a cycle, in the Staff tab, you can enter an in person or online location against someone to add a Zoom/Webex/online meeting link.

Daina Peet can parents select this though. We have Staff onsite for parent meeting afternoons/days... but would like parents to be able to choose to come in or have an online/phone appt but there is no option to do this.
