It would be great if our contractors could do their induction on line/on their phone

Online: We can send them a link to the online induction so they can do the induction before attending site.

On their phone: We would have a QR code on site that takes the contractor to the online induction when they rock up. They can go to their car or sit in the foyer and complete the induction

The induction would be a simple slide show where they read the information and are shown the evacuation map. They would then have to answer a bunch of multiple choice questions. They need to get all the questions right before they can be checked off as complete. They would also have to attach their licences, insurance, WWCC details etc.

It would also have an expiry date of 2 years so if they are inducted they can sign in and they get a green tick. If they're not inducted or their induction has expired they are prompted to do the induction and come back

There are companies that do this so it's not new but it would be a great add on to your system
