When sending an email to a student's parents or teachers, there is no way of tracking it to the student. There needs to be a communication tab for the students, so we can see emails that have been sent to both teachers and parents from within the student's page and add any replies to the email chain as a comment.

Without it, the feature is obsolete. And being able to track the emails through accessing a parent's page is an unacceptable workaround when you need to see the information for a student. We also need to see the information for when we email teachers without parents.

Further to this, if we send an email and it bounces back, we need to be notified that the email was not sent somehow, otherwise we can't confirm we have done our due diligence when communicating with parents of students who are on the NCCD.
