Learning task data to appear on semester reports data entry page

Learning tasks sync across to semester reports, but they don't appear on the data entry page when entering in semester reports data. It would be helpful to see the components from the learning tasks that are being copied across to help make judgements for the overall semester. For example, you are putting a progression point in, so it would be helpful to see the results from the learning tasks across the semester to then decide the progression point

Yes!! It is very frustrating having to have multiple windows open when completing the Semester Reports. It would make a lot more sense for the Semester Reports to be populated with the results of that semester's Learning Tasks (assessments) so that they can clearly be seen in one place when making an overall judgement on their academic progression. I'm really surprised this feature even has to be requested!

Do you mean grid view?

Christopher Ruming (CENET) Hey, No I mean on a semester report when you enter your data in, it would be good to see previous data from learning tasks associated with that subject in the columns (locked and uneditable), so you can look at all previous learning tasks and then make a judgement to fill in the progression point for the whole semester. Thanks!

Shannon SMITH I'm not 100% sure without a visual so bear with me.
We use learning tasks that push through to Semester Report results too, with this, we can see and control everything using Learning Tasks, and teachers don't even need to go into the Semester Reporting Module. Your setup might be different though.
As an alternative, have you seen the Learning Task component called "Past Result?" You might be able to build something into your result task that does this?

Christopher Ruming (CENET) Interesting! We complete learning tasks throughout the semester and then use the semester report module at the end to pop in a progression point for the whole semester, and the semester report will feature all the learningt tasks on it. However, when you are entering the data in semester reports, you can't actually see all the learning tasks as one to then make a judgement. The past result component looks interesting though, I will look into it!!
