We choose to add the mandatory comments but because parents want to put in as little information as possible the 10 character minimum is too long. We are coping a lot of jibberish such as sadfkjsdfbhfd because that is easier then writing traffic and being rejected. Please reduce the minimum to 5 characters so we can stop this from happening
