Enable ability to edit/delete chat comments and threads

Users need to be able to edit or delete their messages in Connect chats. Owners of chat threads also need to be able to delete the whole thread. They can be archived if they have to be, but the option needs to be there. We have had staff inadvertently publish information that they should not have and it cannot be undone.

Staff should be able to delete a post from the Connect chat threads. If something sensitive is posted in the wrong thread there is no way to remove it other than deleting the whole chat group!

Secondary addition - Private replies. So when someone replies it goes direct to a one/one conversation not to the whole group.
So you can bulk send an item to all users but the responses are direct one/one chats. This would actually make compass connect useful for bulk comms.

Added to this FULL admin access to sponsors.
Ability to view/archive any messages from any user.
In our case if a teacher leaves the school chats aren't automatically archived so unknown chats are going on with students without any other user being notified. No ability to stop these without time spent on support chat.
This becomes a huge privacy concern from our school as we have zero transparency on user interactions.
