Don't let visitors skip selecting a staff member on Kiosks

Visitors can currently select "I'm not sure who I'm visiting" and complete sign in without choosing a staff member. This means no staff member is notified, creating a potential supervision and safety risk as visitors may move around the school unaccompanied. Please provide a kiosk setting to disable this option or require reception approval before the visitor can proceed.

Hi All, there is now an option in Client Manager, Visitors tab to replace the "I don't know" with a contact reception. This will then allow you to select a user for reception and the contact preference.

This would make it easier for Admin and relief staff to know exactly whom to contact as staff members don't advise the main desk regarding expected visitors alot of the time.

There will be an option in client manager to add a reception user. The "I don't know" will change to a "Contact reception"

We are working on building this functionality into the platform which should be available in the next two weeks. There will be new settings on the Visitor tab in the Client Manager, kiosk settings.
