Our school community has many complaints when the card declines due to lack of funds that they cant then pay anything for 3 days. People are used to being able to transfer funds into their card immediately and being able to use it immediately. This is causing frustration for families as they cant place lunch orders or pay for anything for 3 days. Unheard of. Can this be changed?
