Similar to what Class Solver does, a section to have students request friends that they would like to have (4 - give or take) and when you go to create the class, it will give at least one of them. This is separate to the student pair/separate as that is more a teacher/family request, rather than giving student voice to it.

Forgot to mention, this gives students a voice in who they would like to be with. While teachers and families can give their voice, it is important that when generating classes that students can be allowed to share who they would like to be with and the system can use that and give them at least one friend to be with.
