Can the order of how things appear please be changed to have knowledge base articles at the bottom? We have a number of staff who dont appear in the search with their staff ID codes unless you go to advanced search due to their codes being letter combinations that show up in words, eg CRE pulls up all articles with the word "creative" or ADM showing "admin" etc.

Hi Zoe Cooper,
With out move over to Terry and our new Knowledge Base being in the bottom left hand side of Compass - you should hopefully not see any more articles appearing in search.
Can you please confirm this is the case for you?

Jerome Muldoon A secondary to this is there a specific set order the search shows or how is this done. Find it annoying when it will mix staff first, a class, a student, a class & then a subject. Be great in my opinion of Staff,Student,Subject,Class??
