Automatically remove exited students from Events and School Activities after they are marked as "LEFT".

We are receiving notifications of inconsistencies when a student has exited but was already added to an upcoming event or school activity. It is time-consuming to search and then remove the student from each of these, and there should be the option to remove them from future enrolments in events and activities.

Compass - Customer Success great news! Please consider recurring events where exiting students should have their involvement in earlier sessions maintained, but removed from upcoming sessions.

Compass - Customer Success, reiterating what Emily Jose has said. Please ensure that in the case of events with repeated sessions, that the students stay in the sessions they were still active for and removed from sessions they were no longer active.

Ability to remove a student's events in bulk after exiting

It would be fantastic to have a function whereby we could remove a student's events in bulk after they exit, rather than the current time consuming individual events removal.

Also extend this to removing the student from the debtors, when exiting

I would extend this to include an option to back date a milestone. Often students exit and paperwork is caught up on or processed later. So while they may have an automatic milestone when they disappear from an import it would be much easier to give an option that when you specify a date in your admin system, you go to compass, specify a date and all future attendance entries are ignored (unless the student goes ACTV again)

Agreed this would be very beneficial.

This would be great! I'd also include unenrolling them from all classes.

Rachel Clarke yes! Setting an enrolment end date for them that matches their milestone end date!
