An automatic email to be sent to staff when booking specific resources on Compass that sends more information that they require.

For example - Staff book the Swivl as a resource on Compass. Staff need to access the Swivl app on an iPad. The app has a username and password. Currently, I have the details in 'Additional Comments' within the resource on Compass.

I would love that when the booking is approved, an automated email is sent to the teacher with the username and the password that they need.

It would be great if this can be managed within the resource of each item.
