Would it be possible to have a sidebar against Permissions Manager where administrative notes can be added/removed (and be documented). This keeps the documentation directly linked to the area where changes are made.
i.e.
Custom Permission Group - CompassCareersCounsellor added
User: ABC
Purpose: To provide the ability for an external counsellor to upload level one chronicle entries against a students profile with extremely limited access.
Changes to Key Permission Group - CompassStaff
  • All permissions have been shifted to CompassTeachingStaff due to the default role being assigned to a staff SAML user being CompassStaff. Users who log in without being assigned a specific school based role can only see their own profile and have no access to staff, student or parent information.
Changes to Key Permission Group - CompassReplacementStaff
  • Permissions have been dropped to the bare minimum needed for a CRT to undertake their classes. Regular Replacement staff undertaking roles with more responsibilities will have the needed individual CompassApp permissions provided via SAML.
