Add period selection back into 'Resource booking'

The overhaul to the resource booking has removed the ability to select the period instead of time. The creates several issue for us. It's slower. Our periods don't line-up with 15min intervals. We have varying timetables for days.

Can the booking on behalf please be defaulted to the currently logged in compass user? The vast majority of bookings are staff booking resources for their classes, not booking resources on behalf of other teaching staff.
