Similar to how media permissions are now imported to Compass from CASES21, can we also have the Head Lice Inspection Permission come through as it's own roll flag.

The permissions data is available in the ST_XXXX.csv eduHub file under the identifier HEAD_LICE_CHECK, with either Y (Yes/Granted), N (No/Denied) or U (Unspecified).

Having this as an automated process will ensure accuracy and compliance across many Victorian Government Schools.
